Vonta sells information about homeowners to licensed mortgage professionals. If you would rather we did not, this form stops it.

Before you start — the honest version

You never gave us your information. We built it from public records — recorded mortgages, assessor rolls, lien filings — plus contact details licensed from data compilers. You never filled in a form and you never asked to hear from anyone.
This is free and unconditional. No account, no charge, no proof of identity beyond enough detail to find your records, and no explanation. We will not treat you differently for asking.
It will not stop calls you are already getting. A company that already received your record still has it. Tell them directly to stop — they must honor that within ten business days under FCC rules. We will also forward your request to every buyer who received your record, and they have ten business days too.
It is separate from the credit prescreen opt-out and the Do Not Call Registry. optoutprescreen.com stops credit-based offers and does not reach our data. donotcall.gov is worth registering with directly. Neither one reaches the other.

How do we find your records?

Give us at least one of a phone number, an email address, or a street address with a ZIP code. More detail matches more reliably — our records are keyed on property addresses and phone numbers. We use what you enter here only to process this request.

You can email support@vonta.ai with the subject line Privacy Request instead. Include the name, property address and phone number the request relates to. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written proof of authority.
