A current license
An active MLO, broker or lender license — or a documented exemption — in the states where you'll contact homeowners. We check your NMLS ID against NMLS Consumer Access.

Your own DNC subscription
An active Subscription Account Number for the National Do Not Call Registry. Federal rules don't let us scrub under our subscription and hand you the result, so Registry suppression runs under yours.

A signed data licence
Our data licensing agreement: no resale, no redistribution, no FCRA-permissible use, and suppression requests honored on the timeline it sets.

Compliant creative
No government seals or implied VA, FHA or HUD affiliation. No rate, payment or savings claims you can't deliver. We ask to see your scripts.
